The process is designed to be quick and cost-effective, enabling clients to evaluate multiple sites at the same time, which can assist in narrowing down a larger portfolio.
What Does the Site Red, Amber, Green (RAG) Assessment Include?
When selecting a data centre site, the RAG assessment addresses the following aspects:

- Site imagery and existing use
How Does the Site RAG Assessment Work?
The Future-tech team will compile a desktop site assessment report from multiple sources, drawing on their data centre expertise to identify evaluate and clarify potential risks associated with a site and provide an analysis of risk levels.
The resulting report can inform the client’s decision-making with regard to a more detailed site due diligence assessment (Site Maturity Model). It will also indicate whether additional surveys are recommended and outline how these may provide further benefits to the client.

The results of the assessment will be presented as a report in PowerPoint format. The report will include images to illustrate the site risks identified within the document. These images will show the locations of potential hazards on and around the data centre site. The document will be structured to allow for clear understanding of the information provided.
