Project Summary:
A leading Global operator engaged Future-tech for a fast moving land acquisition for a Data Centre in the UK. Future-tech produced a Masterplan, Concept Design and animated 3D renders.
Project Scope:
Future-tech were given the task of finding the maximum optimisation of space on a land plot in the UK. For this a stage 2 Masterplan design with new form factor was required to be produced which included 3D renders and animated fly-by. This was produced within 14 days in order to meet timelines required for options on purchasing the land.

Basis of Design: 4 x 3MW data halls giving 12MW buildings. 6 buildings in total.
