At Future-tech we pride ourselves on being a community of specialist data centre engineering consultants and supporting staff who all share the same goals, attitudes and ethics. Even as a multi-disciplined and diverse team we act as a cohesive whole, supporting each other in our specialist capacities. The result is that the whole is very much greater than the sum of our vitally important people who make up the varied parts of our team.

Within Future-tech we encourage innovation and ambition. To aid this we offer the development of specialist skills, training, exposure to exciting projects in multiple countries and the opportunity to grow within a very successful and rapidly expanding business. As an organisation we operate within a fast paced, increasingly important and currently booming industry sector. This gives us all the opportunity to solve problems and learn on a daily basis in order to directly resolve the challenges posed by increasing global data centre energy consumption and the need to continually improve the energy efficiency of our designs and reduce our sector’s overall environmental impact.

We believe there are lessons to be learnt on every project and by working together, sharing our knowledge, supporting each other and engaging with like-minded companies, and individuals, we will continue to make a significant contribution to our industry as well as our business and our own individual sense of achievement and satisfaction. As a demonstration of our energy, dedication and accomplishment the Future-tech team has grown from 21 people in 2017 to now over 70 in 2021.
